Plug and play offices from 430 sq ft
Small teams want to move in, not manage a fit-out. We are offering our available suites three ways: a lease unfurnished at £18.50 per sq ft, a lease furnished at £21.50 per sq ft, or all-in at £350 per desk per month covering rent, service charge, business rates, utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning and furniture. Ground Floor Suite 4 (750 sq ft) has a plug and play design for six to ten people, and First Floor Suite 1 (430 sq ft) suits three to five. Every suite comes with allocated parking, three minutes from Cheadle Hulme station. Rents exclude VAT; service charge £7.50 per sq ft on leases.
